| 摘 要： | 目的研究三氧化二砷快失活剂失活恒磨牙的最佳封药时间。方法对293例、311颗适合失活的恒磨牙进行三氧化三砷失活,封药时间为1~12 d不等,观察根髓失活情况及患牙复诊时叩痛变化情况。结果三氧化二砷快失活剂失活恒磨牙最佳封药时间为5~6 d。结论建议临床三氧化二砷快失活剂封药时间由原来1~2 d延长至5~6 d。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the best seal time for permanent molar deactivated with arsenous oxide as the quick deactivator. Methods 311 teeth of 293 cases which were suitable to be sealed as varied time 1 - 12 days were treated with arsenous oxide to observe the condition of pulp deactivation and percussion pain when return. Results The best sealing time of arsenous oxide was 5 - 6 days for permanent molar. Conclusion The arsenous oxide as sealing material might be used at 5-6 days not 1 - 2 days. |
