| 摘 要： | 未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟培养为解决多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者生殖、生育问题提供新的治疗途径.取卵前使用小剂量的卵泡刺激素或人绒毛膜促性腺激素可提高临床妊娠率;卵子大小、培养时间以及培养系统在未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟培养过程中起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Oocyte retrieval after in-vitro maturation (IVM) provides a new treatment option, especially for infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Low dose of FSH or hCG used before immature oocyte retrieval could increase the clinical pregnancy rate. Meanwhile, the size of the follicles, culture time and media may also play important roles in IVM and subsequent embryonic development. |
