高海拔地区无痛胃镜检查的临床观察

目的:探讨高海拔地区丙泊酚iv行无痛胃镜检查的安全性和镇静效果.方法:自愿接受者36例,采用单纯丙泊酚(1.0-1.5mg/kg)iv施行无痛胃镜检查.观察术中心率(HR)、血压(SBP,DBP)、呼吸(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化及苏醒时间、术中不适、记忆缺失、自我感觉等情况.结果:无痛组患者均顺利完成检查,无严重不良反应发生,检查后患者感觉满意者36例(100%),舒适者33例(91.67%),无1例感觉难受,与普通组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).无痛组在胃镜检查过程中HR,SBP,DBP,RR有不同程度的下降,但大多数波动在正常范围;SpO2在全程吸氧下能维持平稳,与普通组相比,其差异均具有显著意义(P<0.01).结论:丙泊酚iv行无痛胃镜检查是一种安全、舒适、有效的方法,在高海拔地区值得推广应用.

Clinical application and efficacy of analgesic gastroscopy in high-altitude region

AIM: To evaluate the safety and the effect of analgesic gastroscopy through intravenous injection of propofol in high-altitude region in China. METHODS: Intravenous propofol (1.0-1.5 mg/ kg) sedation was used in 36 volunteers during gastroscopy. The indexes such as heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), respiratory rate (RR), and serum oxyen saturation (SpO2), as well as wak- ing-up time, memory defi cit, and self-sensation were observed during the process of operation. RESULTS: Analgesic gastroscopy was success- fully performed in all the 36 cases without any adverse reaction. After operation, 36 cases (100%) felt satisf ied, and 33 cases (91.67%) felt comfort- able, which had signif icant differences from the results of routine gastroscopy (P < 0.01). HR,BP and RR were signifi cantly decreased within normal scope, and SpO2 kept steady during an- algesic gastroscopy as compared with the result of routine gastroscopy (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Analgesic gastroscopy with intravenous injection of propofol is a safe, comfortable and effective sedation method, worthy of extensive application in high-alti- tude region in China.
