红细胞单采术联合药物治疗真性红细胞增多症

目的：探讨红细胞单采术在真性红细胞增多症（PV）治疗中的效果。方法：使用血细胞分离机对18例PV患者进行红细胞单采术，比较单采前后患者症状及外周血细胞的变化。结果：单采后患者临床症状明显改善，Hb,RBC,Hct迅速下降至正常或接近正常，异常升高的白细胞，血小板明显下降，为进一步药物治疗赢得了时间，疗效更好。结论：红细胞单采术安全，可靠，副作用少，能迅速缓解症状，为PV首选治疗方法之一。

Erythrocytapheresis in combination with drug treatment for polycythemia vera

Objective:To explore the efficacy of erythrocytapheresis in polycythemia vera(PV) patients. Methods:Eighteen PV patients were performed erythrocytapheresis by blood cell separate machine and compared the pre-treatment with post-treatment both changes of peripheral blood cell and clinical symptoms. Results:Patients were improved clinical symptoms apparently after erythrocytapheresis.The values of Hb,RBC and Hct decreased quickly to normal or close to normal levels.Abnormally increased WBC and Plt decreased apparently.This won the time of drug treatment further and achieved better effectiveness. Conclusion:Erythrocytapheresis was safety,efficacy and had few side-effects,that could relieve symptoms quickly ,was the one way of first-selected treatment of PV.
