百色产黑木耳中的微量元素分析

摘    要:用原子吸收和荧光分光光度法测定了百色市7县、区黑木耳中钾、钠、钙、镁、锌、锰、铁、铜、硒、铅等10种微量元素含量。结果表明:百色产的黑木耳中含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,其中钾、锌等元素含量高于文献值,铅的含量低于食品卫生标准,不同地方出产的黑木耳的微量元素含量不相同。

Abstract:The contents of K, Na, Ca , Mg, Zn, Mn .Fe,Cu, Se, Pb in Auricularia were determined by Atom -absorption spectrometry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that there were rich mineral element and essential trace element for human body in Auricularia of BaiSe. There were more K,Zn in Auricularia of BaiSe than literature, The Pb was under the standard of food sanitation, and Auricularia in different places had different contents of trace elements.
