Excel表格程序在辅助评价医院护理工作满意度中的应用研究

目的]建立一种医院护理工作满意度的计算机辅助模糊综合评判法。方法]根据护理工作满意度的调查实例,编写基于模糊综合评判法的Excel表格程序。结果]输入各评判因素权数集和评判矩阵数据后,Excel表格输出护理工作满意度的评价结果,该实例的满意度分析结果为基本满意。结论]基于模糊数学综合评判的Excel表格程序,使医院护理工作满意度定量分析更具有实用性。

A study on application of Excel table program in evaluation of hospital nursing work satisfaction degree

Objective： To establish a method of computer assisted fuzzy comprehensive judgment for nursing quality satisfaction in hospitals, Methods： Based on investigated examples toward nursing work satisfaction, Excel tables program was compiled according to fuzzy mathematic comprehensive judgement. Results： The table displayed the satisfaction evaluation of nursing working after inputting the collection of different hierarchy factors weights and judgement matrix data. The result of satisfaction evaluation for the practical example was basically satisfaction. Conclusion： The Excel - based table program based on fuzzy mathematic comprehensive judgement could quantitatively analyze nursing quality satisfaction of hospitals. And it has more practicability.
