女性生殖道支原体感染及体外耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解女性生殖道两种支原体感染及其体外对抗生素耐药情况,给临床诊断提供参考。方法对女性生殖道感染者采取标本进行支原体检测,对其中280例支原体阳性者标本同时进行耐药性检测,并依药敏结果选用药治疗,此为观察组;对另200例支原体阳性者未行耐药性检测,只凭临床和经验用药,为对照组,统计比较两组疗效。结果480例支原体阳性者中检出单纯Uu占78.13%,Uu加Mh者占21.04%,单Mh仅占0.83%。支原体体外耐药率高的前4位抗生素分别是环丙沙星(53.6%)、司氟沙星(42.8%),罗红霉素(38.6%)、氧氟沙星(27.8%),治疗观察组280例患者治愈率达96%,对照组200例治愈率仅达64%。结论女性生殖道支原体感染以Uu为主,Uu加Mh次之,单纯Mh感染较少;对照组治愈率明显低于观察组,说明检测支原体耐药性指导临床治疗具有极其重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To survey the infectious status of Ureapasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) in female reproductive tract and drug resistance. Methods Samples from 280 female cases(treatment group) infected with Uu and Mh in reproductive tract were detected and the resistance to antibiotics was determined.Another 200 femaloe cases(controlk group) infected with Uu and Mh were taken as control and no srug sensitivity test was carried out but treated based on clinical experience.The results in the two groups were compared. Results The infection rate of Uu in 480 positives was 78.13%; Uu and Mh were wre detected in 21.04% of the positives(Mh infection was only accounted for 0.83%).The Higher resistance of mycoplsma to antibiotics was observed,being 53.6% to ciprofloxacin(CFP),42.8% to sparfloxacin(SPA),38.6% to roxithromycin(ROX)and 27.8% to ofloxacin(OFC) The cure rate in the treatment group was 96.0% and 64.0% in the control group. Conclusion Uu is the main pathogen in female reproductive tract infection,followed by mixed infection with Uu and Mh.The cure rate in the treatment group is higher than that of the control one.Drug sensitivity test is of grat significance in guiding clinical treatment.
