螺旋CT水造影检查对结直肠癌的诊断价值

目的探讨螺旋CT结直肠低张水造影技术对结直肠癌在术前诊断和分期中的应用价值。方法对90例临床怀疑结直肠癌的患者进行低张水造影螺旋CT扫描检查。结果90例患者中经手术或病理证实34例结直肠癌患者,螺旋CT诊断结直肠癌的主要征象是平扫为肠腔内实质性肿块,肠壁局限性不规则增厚及肠腔非对称性狭窄等,增强为均匀或不均匀强化。分期的总符合率为67.6%。结论螺旋CT扫描对结直肠癌的诊断和分期有较高的临床价值。它不仅能发现和显示病变,可明确病变范围和侵及情况,对肿瘤术前分期、选择治疗方法及判断预后有重要作用。
