人主动脉内膜细胞增生及蛋白聚糖的形态定量研究

摘    要:目的:探讨北京、南宁年轻人主动脉内膜平滑肌细胞增生及蛋白聚糖含量与动脉粥样硬化高发、低发的关系。方法:收集15-43岁意外死亡者主动脉(北京162例、南宁115例),用QTM970图像分析仪测试了主动脉3个部位的内膜厚度、细胞密度及阿新蓝着染的蛋白聚糖相对含量(光密度)。数据建库后用SPSS软件统计分析,结果:内膜厚度随年龄而增加,但细胞密度变化不明显,北京村本内膜厚度及细胞密度均高于南宁,而蛋白

Abstract:Purpose To compare proteoglycans (PG) contents and the degree of intimal smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation in locations of high (Beijing) and low (Nanning) prevalence of atherosclerosis (AS). Methods The aortas were taken from 277 autopsy cases (162 cases from Beijing, 115 cases from Nanning respectively), aged 15 to 34, died of accident. Intimal thickness, cell density and optic density of Alcian Blue stained substances were measured at three sites of aorta by QTM970 Image Analysis System. The morphometric data were processed by dbase and SPSS softwares. Results Intimal thickness and cell density were significantly higher in Beijing samples than those in Nanning samples while PG contents were lower in Beijing samples. Negative correlation between PG contents and cell density in same aorta was also found. Conclusions The difference in intimal SMC proliferation and PG contents might be associated with the different prevalence of AS lesions in later life between Beijing and Nanning residents.
