| 摘 要： | 利用自行初步设计的SPR传感仪，对抗原抗体结合反应进行测试，分析研究结合反应中两者的适宜比例。实验表明，所得曲线与理论基本相符。

| Abstract: | A test on the antigen-antibody binding reaction has been done by the SPR sensor which we designed- to study the appropriate proportion between the antigen and the antibody. The experiment results show that the curve we got accords basically with the theory about the antigen-antibody binding reaction. |
