| 摘 要： | 观察了高温、噪声及两者复合对大鼠血浆和心房组织中心钠素（ＡＮＦ）与内源性类洋地黄物质（ＥＤＬＳ）含量的影响。结果发现，高温可使血浆ＡＮＦ含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）、心房组织中ＡＮＦ水平明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。噪声及合并高温也可使心房组织中ＡＮＦ含量明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），但高温、噪声及两者复合对血浆ＥＤＬＳ影响不明显，仅高温及合并噪声暴露后心房组织中的ＥＤＬＳ含量明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能会产生一定影响，使机体耐力下降。

| Abstract: | he effect of high
temperature,noise and their combination on atrial natriuretic factor(ANlF)and endogenous
digitalis-like substance contents in the plasma and atrium of rats were studied.The results
showed that high ternperature may lead to remarkable reduction of plasma ANF
content(P<0.01)and atrial ANF level(P<0.01),and that noise and its combination with high
temperatiire may also lecqd to significant atrial ANF Ievel decrease(P<0.001).There were no
significant effect of high temperature,noise and their combination on plasma EDIS content,but
the atriaL EDIS content was remarkably in- creased (P<0.01)after exposures to high
temperature and its combination with noise. These changes may have considerable negative
influence on cardiac blood flow,peripheral vascular resistance and homeostasiS,and as a
result could decrease the staminat of an individual. |
