高温与噪声对大鼠心钠素和内源性类洋地黄物质含量的影响

摘    要:观察了高温、噪声及两者复合对大鼠血浆和心房组织中心钠素(ANF)与内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)含量的影响。结果发现,高温可使血浆ANF含量明显降低(P<0.01)、心房组织中ANF水平明显减少(P<0.01)。噪声及合并高温也可使心房组织中ANF含量明显下降(P<0.01),但高温、噪声及两者复合对血浆EDLS影响不明显,仅高温及合并噪声暴露后心房组织中的EDLS含量明显增高(P<0.01)。这些变化对心脏血流量、周围血管阻力和内环境稳态可能会产生一定影响,使机体耐力下降。

Abstract:he effect of high temperature,noise and their combination on atrial natriuretic factor(ANlF)and endogenous digitalis-like substance contents in the plasma and atrium of rats were studied.The results showed that high ternperature may lead to remarkable reduction of plasma ANF content(P<0.01)and atrial ANF level(P<0.01),and that noise and its combination with high temperatiire may also lecqd to significant atrial ANF Ievel decrease(P<0.001).There were no significant effect of high temperature,noise and their combination on plasma EDIS content,but the atriaL EDIS content was remarkably in- creased (P<0.01)after exposures to high temperature and its combination with noise. These changes may have considerable negative influence on cardiac blood flow,peripheral vascular resistance and homeostasiS,and as a result could decrease the staminat of an individual.
