Leep术治疗宫颈病变的临床观察

目的 探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析540例患者的临床资料,其中2008年1月之前采用激光术治疗的宫颈病变患者90例作为对照组,选择2008年6月～2009年12月采用Leep术治疗的患者450例作为观察组.结果 观察组总有效率为97.78%,显著优于对照组78.89%（P〈0.05）.结论 LEEP操作简单易行,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后反应小,患者痛苦小,能保留完整、连续的标本进行病检,宫颈外形恢复快,无需住院,是治疗宫颈病变的较好方法 .

The clinical observation on Leep treatment of cervical lesions

Objective To observe the LEEP treatment of the clinical effect of cervical lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of 540 cases of clinical data, which in January 2008 before the laser treatment of cervical lesions as the control group 90 patients, June 2008 to December 2009 for treatment of patients with Leep 450 cases as the observation group. Results The total effective rate was 97.78%, significantly better than the control group which was 78.89% （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion LEEP operation is simple, short operation time, less blood loss, postoperative reaction, little pain, to preserve complete and continuous inspection specimens disease, cervical appearance and rapid recovery without hospitalization, it was the better way which is the treatment of cervical lesions.
