床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏置入临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏置入的可行性及临床疗效。方法对笔者所在医院70例严重缓慢型心律失常患者采用床旁球囊漂浮电极技术进行床旁临时心脏起搏救治。结果所有患者全部起搏成功,即刻起搏成功率100%。操作过程中患者无明显心悸、头昏、黑朦,操作时间(6.8±3.1)min,电极植入深度(36.5±2.9)cm,电压5V左右,留置起搏电极导管时间(10.0±3.2)d。仪有1例出现下肢静脉血栓,经撤管治疗后康复。结论床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏置入术方便、快速、高效、创伤小、安全且不影响患者的四肢活动,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate Balloon floating bedside temporary cardiac pacing electrodes implanted feasibility and clinical efficacy. Methods 70 patients with serious arrhythmias were used balloon floating electrode technique with bedside bedside temporary cardiac pacing for treatment in our hospital. Results All the patients were pacing success,100% immediate success rate of pacing, patients had no obvious heart palpitations, dizziness, amaurosis in operation time, operating time was (6.8 ± 3.1 ) min, the electrode implanted in the depth was (36.5± 2.9 ) cm, voltage was 5V, Indwelling catheter pacing time was ( 10.0 ±3.2) d. Only 1 case of deep vein thrombosis,the withdrawal of tube recovered after treatment. Con- clusion Balloon floating bedside temporary cardiac pacing electrodes implanted convenient, fast, efficient, minimally invasive, safe, does not affect the patient's limb activities, worthy of promotion.
