阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年性精神分裂症的对照研究

目的 探讨国产阿立哌唑（商品名：奥派）治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效及安全性.方法 将80例老年性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,治疗观察8周.用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应.结果 两组疗效相当,两组患者的PANSS评分均明显减少,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.阿立哌唑组锥体外系反应、心动过速及体重增加等不良反应发生率显著低于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 阿立哌唑对老年性精神分裂症有良好的疗效,且安全性高,依从性好,值得在临床推广使用.

A control study of aripizole and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenias

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of aripizole in the treatment of senile schizophrenia. Method Is 80 patients with senile schizophrenia were randondy divided into Aripizole group and Risperdal group, and during of treatment were 8 weeks. PANSS and TESS were used to access the efficacy and side effects. Results Curative effect of two groups axe equal, PANSS score of two groups were all obviously reduced （P 〈0.01 ）. In Aripizole group,the incidence of Adverse reactions （ EPS, tachycardia and increase of weight） were all lower than in those of Risperdal group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Aripizole has good curative effect on senile schizophrenia, and has high safety and better compliance. It is worth using in the clinical expansion.
