股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折31例分析

目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转予间骨折方法及临床效果。方法对笔者所在医院2009年6月～2010年6月收治的31例股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察其治疗方法及I临床疗效。结果本组31例患者中，优19例，良10例，可2例，总优良率为93．5％。术后12d出现1例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者，经积极溶栓治疗后好转。全部患者经随访发现，均为一期愈合，骨折愈合时间为7—14周，平均12．5周。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折，具有固定牢靠、手术损伤小、操作简单、抗旋转力强等特点，是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折的一种较佳术式。

The analysis of 31 cases with intertrochanteric fractures treated with proximal femoral locking plate

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital during June 2009 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and to observe the treatment and its clinical efficacy. Results Among the 31 patients, 19 cases were excellent, 10 cases were good,2 cases were ok,the total fine rate was 93.5%. I case occurred after 12 d of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, the positive improvement after thrombolytic therapy. All patients were fol- lowed up for that,were a healing, fracture healing time was 7 to 14 weeks, an average of 12.5 weeks. Conclusion The treat- ment of proximal femoral locking plate to intertrochanteric fractures had stable fixation, surgical damage, simple operation, strong anti -rotation features, which was a better method for intertrochanterie fracture.
