| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症与青年脑梗死的影响.方法对2007年1月～2009年1月在笔者所在医院神经内科就诊的青年脑梗死患者70例,对照组为70例同期健康志愿者.研究对象均行同型半胱氨酸及血脂检测.结果实验组血浆Hcy、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平均高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论青年脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于对照组,说明高同型半胱氨酸血症与青年脑梗死有密切关系.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between high homocysteine and cerebral infarction in the youth.Methods 70 cases of young patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital were selected from the January 2007 to January 2009.70 cases of healthy people were chosen as control group. In two groups,the blood fat and homocysteine level were measured. Results The homocysteine ,TC ,TG, and LDL- C level in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion high homocysteine is one of the risk factors with cerebral infarction in young. |
