摘    要:目的 评价表麻下改良式小切口非超声乳化术在白内障复明手术中的应用和手术效果.方法 对186例(198只眼)白内障患者实行表麻下改良式小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术,观察患者术中、术后并发症,术后视力恢复,远期效果及患者满意度.结果 术中并发后囊破裂4眼(2%),术后角膜内皮不同程度水肿67眼(33%),第3天视力≥0.5者156眼(79%),0.1~0.4者40眼(20%),<0.1者2眼(1%),均一期植入人工晶体,能迅速恢复视力,而且远期效果稳定,患者满意度较高.结论 表麻下改良式白内障非超声乳化小切口摘除人工晶状体植入术,手术易掌握,学习时间较超声乳化手术短,术后患者视力恢复快,能取得与白内障超声乳化术几乎相同的效果.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application and effect of improved small incision non - ultrasonic emulsification under topical anesthesia in cataract operation. Methods Perform operation for 186 patients ( 198 eyes) of cataract pa- tients who have improved anesthesia for small incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Observed the pa- tients with postoperative complications, postoperative visual acuity, long - term results and patient satisfaction. Results The complications of posterior capsule rupture in 4 eyes (2%) , varying degrees of corneal endothelial edema 67 (33%) , visual acuity ≥ 0.5 on day3 were 156 (79%), 0. 1 -0.4 in 40 eyes (20%), 〈0. I in2 eyes (1%) with primaryintraocular lens implantation, can quickly restore vision, and long - term effects of stable, high patient satisfaction. Conclusion Improved for small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation, surgery become more easier to learn than phacoemulsifieation, postoperative visual acuity and rapid recovery can be achieved with phacoemulsification is almost the same effect.
