血管内皮生长因子-C与基质金属蛋白酶-2在肺腺癌中表达的研究

摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF—C)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在肺腺癌组织中表达及其与肺腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色(sP法)分别检测62例肺腺癌组织中VEGF—C和MMP-2的表达情况,根据不同的临床条件(肿瘤分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移,肿瘤部位、患者年龄)分别进行分组研究VEGF—C、MMP-2表达与非小细胞肺癌的侵袭、转移,术后生存期的关系。结果62例肺腺癌中有34例VEGF—C表达阳性,阳性率为52.3%,38例MMP-2表达阳性,阳性率为58.5%。VEGF—C蛋白的表达与肿瘤的部位、淋巴结转移、分期、分化程度、生存期有关(P〈0.05),与性别无关。MMP-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的部位、淋巴结转移、分期、分化程度、生存期有关(P〈0.05),与性别无关。VEGF—C和MMP-2蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.477,P〈0.01)。结论VEGF—C、MMP-2在肺腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤部位、肿瘤分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移,术后生存期有关,与患者年龄无相关性。VEGF—C和MMP-2高表达的肺腺癌患者容易出现淋巴结转移预后不良。

Expression of vaScular endothelial growth factor C and matrix metalloproteinases - 2 in lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the - C of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF - C) and matrix metall oproteinase - 2 ( MMP - 2) expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissue and its relationship with biological behavior of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Application of immunohistochemical staining ( SP method) respectively in 62 cases of pulmonary adenocarcinoma tissue expression of VEGF - C and MMP - 2, depending on the clinical conditions ( lymph node metastasis in cancer staging, differentiation, and tumor site, patient age) Group research YEGF - C, respectively M]VIP -2 expression and invasion and metastasis of non - small cell lung cancer, after lifetime relationship. Results In 62 cases of adenocarcinoma of the lung, 34 cases of expression of VEGF - C - positive, positive rate of 52.3 %, 38 cases of expression of M MP -2 - positive, positive rate of 58.5%. Expression of VEGF -c and lymph node metastasis in tumor, location, staging, differentiation, lifetime related ( P 〈 0. 05 ), regardless of gender. Expression of MMP - 2 protein and tumor lymph node metastasis, staging, location, degree of differentiation, age - related ( P 〈 0. 05 ), regardless of gender. VEGF - C and expression of MMP - 2 protein being related ( P 〈 0. 01, r = 0. 477 ). Conclusions VEGF - C, of MMP - 2 expression in lung adenocarcinoma cancer sites, cancer staging, differentiation, and lymph node metastasis, postoperative survival - related, and there was no correlation between patients age. Expression of VEGF - C and MMP - 2 prone to poor prognosis of lymph node metastasis in patients with adenocareinoma of the lung.
