康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎80例临床分析

目的探讨康妇消炎栓联合莫两沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将来院就诊的160例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组使用莫西沙星400mg，静脉滴注，每日1次，临床症状改善后继续静脉给药，持续14d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用康妇消炎栓直肠给药，每日1次，每次1粒，一个月经周期为一疗程，连用2～3个疗程，比较其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．2％，对照组为76．25％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康妇消炎栓联合莫西沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Conclusion Kang fu antiphlogistic bolt joint moxifloxacin treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation effect significantly, worth clinical promotion.
