| 摘 要： | 目的 观察换血疗法抢救重度有机磷农药中毒（SOPP）的疗效.方法将2002年12月～2010年12月收治的80例SOPP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上加用换血疗法,对照组单纯行常规内科治疗.观察两组病例的治愈率、阿托品总用量、昏迷至清醒时间、住院天数.结果治疗组阿托品总用量明显减少,阿托品化时间缩短,患者昏迷时间缩短,住院天数缩短,治愈率提高.结论换血疗法能明显提高SOPP患者的治愈率.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the Change blood thearpy effectiveness of hemoperfusion on organophosphorous poisoninpoisoning. Methods The 80 sufferers poisoned organophosphorous insecticide from November 2002 to November 2010 were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group. The treatment group accepted general medical treatment and Change blood thearpy thc control group accepted general medical treatment. To observe the cure rate, the total dosage of atropine,the interval from coma to awake, hospitalization time. Results The total dosage of atropine reduced, the duration of coma shortened,thc hospitalization number shortened, the cure rate raised in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion General medical treatment and Change blood thearpycan obviously raise the cure rate of organophosphorous insecticide sufferers. |
