阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用分析

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤经阴道剔除的临床效果.方法 将收治的171例具有子宫肌瘤剔除术指征的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,A组62例行阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术,B组109例行腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术.分别对两组患者进行临床观察,比较术中、术后的情况.结果 阴式组比腹式组手术时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,术后疼痛明显减轻（P〈0.01）,肛门排气早（P〈0.05）,术后住院天数明显缩短（P〈0.05）.结论 阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术较腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术操作简单、手术副作用轻、患者损伤小、康复快.该手术无需昂贵的设备,在临床值得推广应用.

Clinical application and analysis of the colpomyomectomy

Objective To assess the clinical effect of colpomyomectomy. Methods 171 hysteromyoma patients who had indication of myomectomy were randomized into two groups. One group （62patients） were received colpomyomectomy, the other group （109patients） received celiomyomectomy. Observing the clinical effect of intraoperatiou and postoperation between the two groups respectively. Results Comparing the co｜pomyomectomy group and celiomyomectomy group,the former operation time reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, postoperative pain relieved （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, flatus was earlier （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, postoperative hospitalization days was shorter obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Operation of the eolpomyomeetomy is simple, its side effect is slight, and damage for patient is small. Moreover, it need not expensive equipments, and to is worth clinically spreading.
