15例剖宫产术中大出血结扎子宫动脉上行支的临床分析

目的 探讨剖宫产术中大出血时结扎子宫动脉上行支的意义.方法回顾性分析15例因剖宫产术中大出血,术中行子宫动脉结扎术,抢救大出血的临床资料.结果剖宫产术中出血时结扎子宫动脉上行支对减少术中出血有良好效果,可以减少子宫切除,保留了患者的生育功能,无晚期产后大出血的发生.结论子宫动脉上行支结扎术是抢救剖宫产术中大出血的理想手段.

Clinical analysis of 15 cases of ligation the ascendant branch of uterrine arteries in hemorrhage of cesarean section

Objective To explore the significance of ligation the ascendant branch of uterrine arteries in hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods 15 Cases of patients with hemorrhage in cesarean section were analyzed relrospectively for ligation the ascendant branch of uterine arteries to rescue hemorrhage in cesarean section. Results It produced good effects for ligation the ascendant branch of uterine arteries, which could reduce hysteretomy and preserve reproductive function of patients. And there was no late postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion Ligation the ascendant branch of uterrine arteries is an ideal means to rescue hemorrhage in cesarean section.
