石膏与小夹板结合使用治疗四肢骨折体会

目的 探讨四肢骨折用石膏与小夹板联合使用治疗的优势.方法对四肢骨折的非手术治疗,手法复位后分别采用石膏、小夹板联合使用固定与单纯石膏固定或单纯小夹板固定对比,观察疗效.结果石膏与小夹板联合使用疗效优良率达95.4%,单纯石膏固定疗效优良率为86.6%,单纯小夹板固定疗效优良率为85.9%.联合使用组与单独使用组相比均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论对于可保守治疗的四肢骨折,尤其是不稳定的四肢骨折,石膏与小夹板联合使用疗效明显优于单纯石膏固定或单纯小夹板固定.

Methods Fractures of the limbs of non - surgical treatment, gimmick realtachment respectively by means of gypsum, small splint joint use of fixed and pure gesso fixed or simple small splint fixed contrast, observe curative effect. Results Gypsum and small splint joint use of dykes 95.4 percent, pure curative effect for 86.6 dykes plaster cast, and the simple small splint fixed curative effect for 85.9% dykes. Compared to the reduced pressure concentration significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the conservative treatment of extremities fractures, especially the instability of the extremities fractures, gypsum and small flush joint use efficacy is obvious is better than pure gesso fixed or simple small splint fixed.
