摘 要: | 纳米技术不但作为21世纪最有前途的新兴科技之一,也为攻克许多医学难题带来了新的福音和希望。而纳米级生物技术正目渐成为恶性肿瘤治疗中继放疗、化疗后又一不可忽视的有效疗法,具有许多特异性能和全新功能。本文在肿瘤靶向治疗定义的基础上,综述了纳米级载药系统在肿瘤靶向治疗的最新进展。

Abstract: | Nanotechnology had certainly become one of the most promising emerging technologies in the twenty - first century, offering profound potentials in addressing a wide range of challenges in medical world. The application of nanoteehn- ology in biological research presents great opportunities in tackling tumor with novel properties and functions, developing into an increasingly more important tool than Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy. In this article, we introduced the notion of Nanoparticle targeted therapy in tumor studies and elaborate the latest advancement of the system of Nanomaterials as vehicles for target drug system which explores nanotechnology in the search for effective tumor targeted drugs. |
