瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者支架植入前后炎症因子与血浆内皮素-1的影响

目的 观察瑞舒伐他汀对无脂代谢紊乱的急性冠脉综合征患者支架植入前后超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及血浆内皮素-1（ET-1）的影响.方法 将60例成功植入药物洗脱支架的无脂代谢紊乱的急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为阿托伐他汀20 mg组（G1,n=20）,瑞舒伐他汀10 mg组（G2,n=20）和瑞舒伐他汀20 mg组（G3,n=20）.于支架置入术前即刻、术后24 h和术后1月分别抽取外周血进行hs-CRP和ET-1的测定.结果 （1）三组入院时hs-CRP浓度差别无统计学意义（P〉0.05） 术后24 h hs-CRP浓度较术前均升高,G1组、G2组较G3组升高明显,且差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05） 术后1月三组hs-CRP浓度较入院前均降低,G3组较G1、G2组降低明显,且差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05） （2）三组入院时ET-1浓度差别无统计学意义（P〉0.05） 术后1月ET-1浓度较术前降低,G3组较G1、G2组降低明显,且差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 支架植入术后hs-CRP浓度升高 大剂量瑞舒伐他汀可使行支架植入术的急性冠脉综合征患者的炎症因子与血浆内皮素-1水平明显降低.

Effect of rosuvastatain on the inflammatory factor and plasme endothelin - 1 beforeand after stents implantation in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on the high sensitive C - reactive protein（ hs - CRP） and plasma endothelin - 1 （ ET - 1 ） before and after stents implantation in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and normol lipid metabolism. Methods 60 ACS patients after successful stents implantation were divided randomly into three groups. 20 patients （ G1, n = 20 ） were given atorvastatin （ Crestor 20 rag, qN ） for 1 month ; 20 patients （ G2, n = 20 ） were given rosuvastatin （ Crestor 10 mg, qN） for 1 month and the other 20 patients （ G3, n = 20） were given rosuvastatin （ Crestor 20 rag, qN）. Peripheral blood samples were drawn to detect the levels of hs -CRP and ET- 1 preoperative instantly,24 hours after operation and 1 month after stents implantation respectively. Results （ 1 ） Three groups of hs - CRP levels on admission were no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） , after 24 h hs -CRP levels were higher than the preoperative, G1 group, G2 group was significantly higher than the G3 group, and statistical differences were significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After 1 month three groups of hs -CRP levels were lower than before admission, G3 group were significantly lower than G1 ,G2 groups, and the differences was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 2 ） Three groups of ET - 1 levels on admission were no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, ET - 1 after 1 month compared with preoperative levels decreased, G3 group were significantly lower than G1 ,G2 groups, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The levels of hs - CRP increase after Stents Implantation ; High - dose rosuvastatin can decrease the level of inflammatory factor and plasma endothelin - 1 significantly in ACS patients subject to successful stents implantation.
