后腹腔镜手术治疗输尿管结石临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗输尿管结石手术方法及临床效果。方法将笔者所在医院2008年6月~2010年6月收治的51例输尿管上、中段结石患者分为开放组25例和腹腔镜组26例,观察两组患者手术治疗时间、肠胃功能恢复时间、引流管拔出时间、导尿管拔出时间、抗生素使用时间及术后住院时间等相关指标,并进行统计分析。结果51例患者取石均获成功,腹腔镜组手术时间、肠胃恢复时间、抗生素使用时间及住院时间较开放组均有明显缩短,组间比较有统计学意义(P〈0.01),两组导尿管拔出时间、引流管拔出时间比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论后腹腔镜输尿管取石术具有疗效好、损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等特点,且与开放性手术适应证相当,是目前治疗输尿管结石的一种较佳的手术方式,可取代部分开放性手术,值得推广应用。

The clinical treatment observation of ureteral stones by retroperitoneal Laparoscopy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of ureteral stones by retroperitoneal Laparoscopy surgical technique. Methods In our hospital, from June 2008 to June 2010, 51 patients with ureteral stones were divided into the open group (25 cases) and laparoscopic group (26 cases). To observe the surgical treatment time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, draw drainage tube time , catheter uproot time, antibiotic use time, postoperative hospitalization time and other related indicators, statistical analysis. Results 51 patients were successfully, surgical treatment time, gastrointesti- nal function recovery time, antibiotic use time and postoperative hospitalization time of the laparoscopic group were significantly shorter than the open group, two groups were significantlY different ( P 〈 0.01 ), draw drainage tube time and catheter uproot time of two groups was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Condusion The laparoscopic ureteral lithotomy has good effect, a little injury, rapid recovery, shorter hospitalization time, and other characteristics such as the open surgical indications, it was a better treatment of ureteral calculi surgical approach, would replace part of the open surgery, it should be widely applied.
