三分类血球仪中白细胞增高对血红蛋白测量的干扰

目的 探讨三分类血球仪中高于正常范围的白细胞数是否会对血红蛋白测量产生干扰,如果有干扰,白细胞数和血红蛋白变量之间存在什么样的对应关系.方法 用BC-1800血球仪筛选出不同白细胞数量的标本,用7180生化仪对BC-1800血球仪筛选出不同白细胞数量的标本的血红蛋白浓度进行检测,再离心去除白细胞,用7180生化仪再次测定其血红蛋白的含量.结果 超过正常范围的白细胞达到一定量时会对血红蛋白的测量产生干扰,白细胞数量越高时血红蛋白浓度的变化量越大.结论 白细胞超过正常值一定量时会使血红蛋白假性增高.

Results Surpasses the normal range the white blood cell achieves when the ration to the hemoglobin survey will have the disturbance, white blood cell quantity is higher when the hemoglobin density change quantity is bigger. Conclusion The white blood cell surpasses when the normal value ration.
