5岁以下儿童死亡评审结果分析

目的 寻找影响儿童死亡的主要死因,为降低5岁以下儿童死亡率提供对策和依据.方法 分析统计2008～2010年钦州市儿童死亡监测点上报的儿童死亡报告卡及病历.结果 监测点上报5岁以下儿童死亡共317例,全部进行评审,前四位主要死因分别为早产低出生体重、出生窒息、其他先天异常和肺炎.结论 加强围产期保健、高危妊娠管理,提高产时监护及新生儿疾病抢救能力,重视产前筛查工作,提高科学准确的产前诊断水平,是降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的关键.
