摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的含量。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L枸橼酸溶液-1mol/L醋酸铵溶液-乙腈(77:1:14),检测波长为293nm,流速为1.0ml/min,理论板数应不低于2500。结果:左氧氟沙星在10μg/ml~90μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.28%,RSD为0.47%。结论:此方法快捷、准确,可作为乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液质量控制的方法。

Determination of Levofloxacin Lactate Sodium Chloride Injection Content by HPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish HPLC determination of levofloxacin lactate sodium chloride injection content. Methods:The analytical column was C18 column( 150mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) ;mobile phase: consisted of 0.05mol/L citricaeid solution - lmo]/L solution of ammonium acetate - acetonitrile(77:1:14). The detection wavelength was 293nm, The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Number of theoretical plates should not be less than 2500. Results:Levofloxacin in 10μg/ml - 90ug/ml the concentration range of a good linear relationship with the peak area(r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 99. 28%. RSD was 0. 47%. Conclusion: This method is fast, accurate and can be used as levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection method of quality control.
