| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价 CT检查对腹部外伤的诊断价值。方法 :对 387例腹部外伤病人进行 CT检查并作了回顾性分析。结果 :387例腹部外伤中 CT检出腹部脏器损伤 2 0 7例 (检出率 53.5% )其中脾破裂 1 2 5例 ,肾破裂 38例 ,复合损伤 34例 ,肝破裂 1 0例 ,腹腔积血 1 46例 ,腹膜后血肿 48例 ;腹腔大量积血与脾脏缩小提示实质器官破裂。结论 :CT对腹部外伤的正确诊断和临床治疗可提供重要信息

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate CT diagnostic value of abdominal trauma.Methods:387 cases with adbominal trauma were underwent CT scan,their CT features were analysed restrospectively.Results:Of 387 cases,207 cases with visceral injures were detected by CT scan(CT detected rate 53.5%),There were 125 cases of spenic rupture,38 cases of renal rupture,34 cases of compound injuries,10 cases of hepatic rupture,146 cases of hemoperitoneum,48 cases of retroperitoneal hematoma.Massive hemoperitoneum and contractive spleen on CT might be indicated rupture of solid organ.Conclusion:CT findings of abdominal trauma is very impontant for the correct diagnosis and for guiding the clinical management.
