| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨轴型皮瓣在四肢电击伤修复中的应用价值。方法 采用各种轴型皮瓣修复四肢电击伤 63例。结果 本组共应用 76个轴型皮瓣 ,63个成活好 ,伤口一期愈合 ;2个皮瓣术后出现静脉回流障碍 ,11个皮瓣术后出现皮瓣下慢性窦道 ,该 13个皮瓣经换药后 ,伤口均顺利愈合。结论 利用各种轴型皮瓣修复四肢电击伤 ,有利于电击伤后功能的恢复

| Abstract: | Objective The utilization of axial pattern skin flap was probed in tissue reconstruction of electrical injury of limbs.Methods Using several axial pattern skin flap to restore the electrical injury of limbs.Results Out of the 76 axial pattern skin flaps,63 survived well,with the injuries healing by first intention Venous reflux disorder was found in 2 flaps,and chronic fistulas in 11 ones,all the injures of the 13 flaps healed successfully after being changed the dressing in time.Conclusion It is advantageous to restore function of limbs,using axial pattern skin flap to restore the electrical injury. |
