冠心病患者血液流变学及血脂变化的临床研究

目的：观察冠心病痰瘀证型患者和非痰瘀证型患者血液流变学及血脂变化情况。方法：56例冠心病患者按性别不同辨证分为痰瘀证型和非痰瘀证型两组，分别与健康组对比检测血液流变和血脂指标变化。结果：痰瘀证型男性有7项指标，女性有6项指标明显高于健康人，且高密度脂蛋白均低于健康人；非痰瘀证型男性有4项指标，女性有3项指标明显高于健康人，且高密度脂蛋白均明显低于健康人；痰瘀证型患者与非痰瘀患者数项指标亦有显著差异。结论：冠心病者无论痰瘀证型或非痰瘀证型血液流变学及血脂均较健康人有显著变化，从实验角度佐证了祖国医学“痰瘀同源”之说。

Clinical Research into Blood Rheology and the Change of Blood-fat in the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: to observe the condition of blood rheology and the change of blood-f at in the patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm-stagnancy-type compared with those without phlegm stagnancy. Method: dividing 56 patients into two grou ps on the basis of whether they were phlegm-stagnancy-type or not and comparing their blood rheology and the change of blood-fat with those of healthy people. R esult: 6 indexes of patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm-stagnancy-typ e were distinctively higher than those of healthy people, and 4 indexes of patie nts with coronary heart disease without phlegm stagnancy were higher. There were two indexes showing distinctive difference between patients with phlegm stagnan cy and those without phlegm stagnancy. Conclusion: there were distinctive differ ences in the condition of blood rheology and the change of blood-fat between the patients and the healthy people whether they were accompanied with phlegm stagn ancy or without phlegm stagnancy.
