| 摘 要： | 为稳定医院护理人员队伍，提高护士执业考试合格率，护理部分析了以往执业考试中出现的问题，1999年开始组织新护士进行执业考试前强化训练，采用心理学中刺激适应性原理，对其进行模拟执业考试、心理辅导等方法，增强护士对考试的适应性，帮助其调整良好的心态参加执业考试，近两年考试合格率有较大提高，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | To stabilize the team of nursing staff in the hospital and improve the qualifying rate at the nursing qualification test,afterMethodsAfter analyzing the problems appearing in the past nursing qualification test, the department of nursing administration organized intensified training before the qualification test from the year of 1999. Based on the stimulation adaptability principle, simulated tests and psychological guidance were performed for them.As a result,The qualifying rate was improved a lot in the following 2 years.The application of stimulation adaptability principle is proven to be satisfactory. |
