芬太尼预防丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉下苏醒期躁动的临床观察

目的：探讨丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉下小剂量芬太尼对苏醒期躁动的预防效应。方法：120例ASA（Ⅰ-Ⅱ）级在全凭静脉麻醉下行择期手术的成年患者，随机分为两组，Ⅰ组为丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼＋术毕前约15min预防性静注芬太尼2μg/kg，Ⅱ组丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼＋术中持续泵注芬太尼1．5μg／（kg·h）。每组60例，术毕清醒拔管后观察病人躁动的发生率。结果：Ⅱ组躁动的发生率明显低于Ⅰ组（P〈0．01）。结论：随着手术时间的延长，在不影响患者苏醒的情况下，术中追加芬太尼1．5μg/（kg·h）能有效地预防苏醒期躁动的发生。

Prevention of Restlessness during Awake of Compound Remifentanil Anesthesia: Effect of Fentanyl

Objective： To observe preventive effects of. fentanyl on restlessness during awake of compound remifentanil anesthesia. Methods：A total of 120 with ASA who were anesthetized with compound remifentanil were assigned at groupⅠ （n =60） to receive fentanyl （2μg/kg, iv） before 15 minutes completion of operation, and group Ⅱ （n =60） to receive fentanyl （1.5μg/kg. h, pump） during operation. And incidence of restlessness was recorded. Results：The incidence of restlessness in group II was significantly decreased compared with that in group Ⅰ （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions： Restlessness during awake of compound remifentanil anesthesia can be prevented by pumping 1.5μg/（kg · h） fentanyl during operation.
