摘    要:目的:观察人衰老成纤维细胞特异因基c-myc的损伤修复。方法;采用Southern杂交法。结果:衰老细胞能有效地修复c-myc基因。结论:衰老细胞能有效地修复对细胞存亡至关重要的基因。

Abstract:To investigate the ability of proto-oncogene c-myc repair in senescent humandiploid fibroblast cells. Methods: Southern blot. Results: Although genomic DNA repair ability insenescence was low compared with young cells, The ability of proto-oncogene c-myc repair was similarin both cells, Conclusion: An essential and active gene may be effectively repaired even in senescentcells.
