白云机场老年人血管内皮舒张功能的研究

摘    要:目的:了解白云机场老年人外周血管内皮舒张功能、颈动脉内-中膜厚度与年龄及相关疾病的关系。方法:中青年组30人、健康老人组42人、非健康老人组55人。应用高分辨率超声分别观察记录静息状态下、反应性充血后的肱动脉内径及颈动脉内-中膜厚度变化。结果:与中青年组相比,老年人组肱动脉血管内皮依赖性舒张功能明显降低,尤以非健康老人组为甚,P均<0.05。颈动脉内中膜厚度明显增厚、颈动脉斑块捡出率明显增高。结论:白云机场老年人血管内皮依赖性舒张功能、颈动脉较中青年人明显受损。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the changes of carotid artery intima-media thickness.humeral artery endothelium dilation.the age and relatively diseasein elder people of airport measured with high frequency ultrasand. Methods Group 1 younger adults, group 2 heathy eider adults, group 3 non-heathy elder adults. Allsubjects were examined by high-resolution ultrasound to record humeral artery diameter at resting condition, during reactive hyperemia and carotid artey intima-media thickness. Results Humeral artery endothelium dilation redused and carotid artey intima-media thickness were increase in elder adults, Conclusion Humeral artery endothelium dilation.carotid artey were impaired in elder adults than in younger adults of baiyun airport.
