摘    要:情绪性工作是教师职业的重要部分,情绪性工作研究表明,情绪性工作对职员具有积极的和消极的影响。以减少情士者性工作对教师的消极影响为基点,提出维护教师心理健康的基本措施。

Abstract:Emotional labor is an important constituent of teaching affairs. Research on emotional labor suggests that there are both positive and negative effects for employees. This article aims to reduce negative influence of emotional labor and comes up with some countermeasures for maintaining the mental health of teachers.
