物理疗法与中药离子导入治疗颈椎病疗效观察

目的]观察超短波、牵引并中药离子导入综合治疗颈椎病的治疗效果,探讨颈椎病的较佳疗法。方法]采用超短波治疗、颈椎牵引和中药离子直流电阴极导入综合疗法,对100例患者进行治疗观察,并以超短波、牵引及超短波、中药离子导入治疗各100例做对照,治疗结束时评定疗效,统计数据经Ridit分析法处理。结果]综合疗效组治愈显效率、总有效率分别为86%及100%,超短波、牵引组为64%及97%,超短波、中药离子导入组为70%及98%,综合治疗组疗效明显优于两对照组(χ~2=14.926,P<0.01)。结论]超短波、牵引并中药离子导入法治疗颈椎病能显著提高治疗效果,具有较好的临床应用价值,宜于推广。

Conclusion] ultrashort wave, traction , and iontophoresis of Chinese medicine treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the therapeutic effects, clinical application has good value, suitable for promotion.
