改良子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血的临床分析

目的分析改良子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产术当中产妇出血的临床疗效,从而找出为出血产妇止血的最佳临床方法。方法采用改良子宫背带式缝合术对出血产妇进行治疗,确保在相同的水平面进行进针与出针,并穿透全层;在打结前以均匀适度的力度进行拉线,避免对子宫的血供造成影响,打结后观察一段时间,才可以进行关腹的操作。结果在术后的5~10min,出血量得以明显减少,0.5h之后生命体征已经趋于平稳化。结论改良子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中出血,具有简单易行、费用低以及耗时短的优点,能够有效止血;还能够保留患者的生育能力。
