治疗难治性妇产科大出血的临床对比研究

目的对比研究治疗难治性妇产科大出血临床效果。方法选取2010年7月至2012年7月收治的37例难治性大出血患者,分为观察组(19例)与对照组(18例);观察组采用子宫动脉栓塞方式治疗,对照组采用子宫动脉结扎手术治疗,比较两组治疗后的基本情况。结果观察组手术平均时间和术后阴道流血时间明显更短,出血量少,止血有效率相对更高,达到94.8%,对照组仅为66.7%;观察组子宫切除率为5.2%,对照组为33.3%;观察组不良情况发生率为5.2%,对照组为16.7%;观察组整体手术效果相对更显著(P<0.05)。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗难治性妇产科出血具有手术时间短、出血量少、止血快,可保留子宫及不良情况发生率低等多种优点,值得在临床上推广。

Clinical Comparative Study of Refractory Obstetrics and Gynecology Bleeding

Objective Comparative study of treatment of intractable gynecological massive hemorrhage.Methods From 2010 July to 2012 July treated 37 cases of refractory hemorrhage,divided into the observation group（19 cases） and control group（18 cases）;the observation group was treated with uterine artery embolization for treatment of uterine artery ligation,controls the operation treatment,were compared between the two groups after treatment of the basic situation.Results In the observation group,the average operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time was significantly shorter,less bleeding,bleeding efficiency is relatively higher,reaching 94.8%,the control group was only 66.7%;the observation group uterus resection rate was 5.2%,33.3% in control group;the observation group bad situation occurred in 5.2%,16.7% in control group;observation the overall effect is relatively more significant operation group（P0.05） conclusion Uterine artery embolization treatment for refractory obstetric hemorrhage with shorter operation time,less bleeding,fast hemostasis,may retain the uterus and adverse circumstances of low rate of a variety of advantages,worthy of clinical popularization.
