彩色多普勒超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断与鉴别诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对急性阑尾炎的临床诊断与鉴别价值。方法对疑似急性阑尾炎患者121例,全部进行彩色多普勒超声检查,回顾性比较分析彩色多普勒超声诊断资料和手术病理学资料。结果本组患者经手术病理检查本组患者急性阑尾炎阳性91例,阴性30例。病理诊断急性单纯性阑尾炎34例,急性蜂窝织炎性阑尾炎21例,急性坏疽性阑尾炎36例,胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔15例,急性胆囊炎10例,右侧输尿管结石5例。彩色多普勒超声对急性阑尾炎诊断的灵敏度为95.60%,特异度为93.33%,准确性为95.04%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在临床急性阑尾炎的临床诊断和鉴别上具有较高的准确性,值得临床推广使用。

Color Doppler Ultrasound for Acute Appendicitis Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound for acute appendicitis diagnosis and differential value.Methods 121 patients with suspected acute appendicitis,all performed color Doppler ultrasonography,a retrospective comparative analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of data and operation pathology.Results In this group of patients by operation and pathological examination of this group of patients with acute appendicitis and 91 cases of positive,negative in 30 cases.Pathological diagnosis of 34 cases of acute simple appendicitis,acute phlegmonous appendicitis in 21 cases,acute gangrenous appendicitis in 36 cases,15 cases of perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer,10 cases of acute cholecystitis,5 cases of right ureteral calculi.Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis with a sensitivity of 95.60%,specificity 93.33%,and accuracy was 95.04%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis with high accuracy,is worthy of clinical use.
