髂总动脉及其外侧支的观察

本文对56侧尸体,共112侧的髂总动脉进行了观察和测量,其中成人46例,(男23例,女23例)儿童10例。以了解髂总动脉的长度、始端外径、输尿管越过髂动脉的情况,并对髂总动脉的外侧支进行了观察和测量,为更准确地描述髂总动脉和分支的位置,提供了参考资料。

OBSERVATIONS ON THE COMMON ILIAC ARTERY AND ITS BRANCH

The lenpth, diameter of the common iliac artey, and the relationship between the ureter and the iliac arteries were studied on 46 adult cadavers. The branches of the common iliac artery on 56 cadavers, with regard to its origin, diameter and distribution, was also observed and measured. This branch occurs in 15.18 ?.39% in our series. It may be regarded as a minute muscular branch arising from the common iliac artery, which usually supplies the iliacus muscle.
