氟宁片治疗氟骨症一年后的效果观察

本文报道了氟宁片治疗氟骨症的效果。治疗组临床治愈率为10.81％,总有效率为78.38％;自觉症状均有明显改善,X线征象改变有所好转。尿氟在治疗半年后明显增高,血、发氟含量较治疗前明显下降。而对照组除自觉症状,X线略有改善外,血、尿、发氟含量均无明显变化。认为氟宁片治疗氟骨症确有一定的效果。

Observation of Therapeutic Effectiveness Made in the Cases of Endemic Skeletal Fluorosis after Treatment with Funing Tablets for One Year

Observation of therapeutic effectiveness was made in the cases of endemic skeletal fluorosis after being treated with Funing Tablets for one year. The results showed that in the group of treated cases of endemic skeletal fluorosis, clinical curative rate was 10.81%, with a total effective rate at 78.38%. In the group, furthermore, obvious improvement of self-feeling symptoms and improving signs and symptoms reflected through roentgenoscopy occurred; fluoride concentration in urinary samples elevated obviously half a year after treatment; fluoride contents in blood and hair declined significantly, compared with those before treatment. In control group, however, fluoride contents in blood and hair showed no obvious changes, except for a little improvements in self-feeling symptoms, and signs and symptoms reflected through roentgenoscopy.In view of these facts, we consider it something effective to treat the case of endemic skeletal fluorosis with Funing tablet.
