| 摘 要： | 目的 比较Vitapex糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂在根管充填中的临床效果。方法 将 186例患者的206颗患牙随机分为A、B两组,A组(103颗牙)使用Vitapex糊剂进行根充,B组 (103颗牙 )使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根充。1年后随访其有效率。结果 A组有效率为 94. 17%。B组有效率为 80. 58%,差异有显著性(P<0. 01)。结论 Vitapex糊剂在根管治疗中疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖的方法,且使用简便,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical effect of vitapex paste and zinic oxide olive oil paste plus gutta-percha. Methods 186 patients with 206 infected teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (103 teeth) were treated with vitapex paste alone. Group B (103 teeth) were intervened with zinic oxide olive oil paste plus gutta-percha. Comparing the effective rates of two groups one year later. Results The effective rates of group A and group B were 94.17% and 80.58% respectively. The difference of the rates between two groups was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The vitapex paste is a new and simple filling material and has better clinical therapy effect, it could be applied widely in root canal treatment. |
