乳腺癌手术临床路径流程再造的应用

目的探讨乳腺癌切除术的临床路径流程再造，为患者选择最佳的医疗、护理模式。方法观察组30例患者采用再造后的临床路径流程，从入院到出院都按此模式实施治疗、护理，与对照组30例进行对比分析。结果观察组30例患者平均住院天数缩短，平均住院费用减少，患者满意度上升。结论临床路径作为一种科学的医疗护理模式，经过临床不断的改进、完善，可有效地提高医疗、护理服务质量。

Application of Reconstituted Clinical Pathway Process to Breast Cancer Surgeries

Objective To evaluate the reconstitution of clinical pathway process to breast cancer surgeries so as to apply the best medical and nursing mode for patients.Methods Sixty patients were selected in this study.They were divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The experimental group received daily treatment and nursing care with the reconstituted clinical pathway process from admission to discharge;while the control group received common treatment and nursing care.Results There were statistical significant differences between the control group and the experimental group.In the experimental group,the length of hospital stay and hospital costs were less than those in the control group.The satisfactory degree was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion As a scientific medical and nursing mode,the clinical pathway could have better effects on improving medical and nursing quality as long as it was made ongoing improvement and modification.
