| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全机器人下不开胸行房间隔缺损修补手术的护理,全面提高对手术新技术、新业务的配合质量。方法对国内首次开展的8例全机器人下不开胸的房间隔缺损修补手术配合进行总结。结果患者均成功接受了全机器人不开胸手术,无并发症发生。患者术后超声复查中未见房间隔缺损的残余分流,效果确实可靠。结论充分的术前准备和熟练的手术配合是机器人手术成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing care of the totally robotic atrial septal defect(ASD)repairing operation without thoracotomy preoperatively and perioperatively in order to improve the cooperative quality of new technology and new business.Methods Summarized the nursing care of 9 cases of totally robotic ASD repairing operation without thoracotomy.Results All patients underwent totally robotic operation without thoracotomy successfully and were without complications.Postoperative echocardiograph recheck didn't find any residual shunt of the ASD and the repair was certain and reliable.Conclusions Sufficient preoperative preparation and proficient operative care are important factors for the success of robotic surgery. |
