参附注射液对老年气虚血瘀证型舒张性心力衰竭患者血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的观察参附注射液对老年气虚血瘀证型舒张性心力衰竭患者血液流变性的影响和临床疗效。方法将中医辨证为气虚血瘀证型舒张性心力衰竭患者86例随机分成对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采取基础药物对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加用参附注射液。治疗前后检测血液流变学指标,评价患者中医症候群变化。结果观察组患者血流变性改善明显。低切变率血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板黏附率较对照组和治疗前降低(P〈0.01),中医证候较对照组和治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05)。结论参附注射液辅助治疗老年气虚血瘀证型舒张性心力衰竭可降低血液流变学指标,缓解症侯,改善心脏功能。

Effect of Shenfu injection on hemorheologs in old age patients with left ventricular diastolic dssfunction and qi defi-ciencs blood stasis ssndrome

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of blood theology and clinical curative effect of Shenfu injection in old age patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome. Methods 86 cases of patients with diastolic heart failure and qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received the symptomatic treatment with basic drugs. On this basis, the observation group was added with Shenfu injection. Before and after treatment, The changes of hemorheology and syndrome were evaluated. Results The blood flow degeneration in observation group improved significantly. The low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, platelet adhesion rate decreased than prereatment and control group (P 〈 0.01 ). TCM syndrome improved significantly compared with pre-treatment and control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For old age patients with qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome type diastolic heart failure, Shenfu injection can reduce blood rheology index, ease syndromes,improve heart function.
