导尿管留置后尿道口不同护理方法的效果观察

目的观察导尿管留置后尿道口不同护理方法的效果。方法将留置导尿管的恶性肿瘤危重患者100例按入住ICU顺序编号,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组予0.05%碘伏棉球擦拭清洁尿道口、尿管及其周围皮肤黏膜,试验组在擦拭的同时用0.05%碘伏液冲洗尿道口、尿管及其周围皮肤黏膜。对2组患者UTI、无症状菌尿发生情况及发生时间,患者的舒适度及满意度进行统计。结果 2组患者留置导尿管后第1周内发生无症状菌尿例数、UTI例数差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者的满意度、舒适度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对留置导尿管后的患者进行尿道口擦洗加冲洗,不仅可以提高患者的满意度、舒适度,而且可以延缓UTI的发生,为患者的治疗赢得时间,从而减少并发症的发生。

Results observation of different methods on urethral orifice care after indwelling catheter

Objective To observe the effect of different methods on urethral orifice care after indwelling catheter. Methods 100 cases of critically ill patients with malignant tumor and indwelling urinary catheters were divided into test group and control group, each of 50 cases, according to random number table method. The control group was wiped and cleaned the urethral opening, urine tube and its surrounding skin mucous membrane with 0.05% iodine volts cotton swab. Based on the control group,the test group was washed the urethral opening, urine tube and its surrounding skin mucous membrane with 0. 05% iodine volts fluid. The UTI, occurrence and the occurrence time of asymptomatic bacteriuria,patient＇s comfort and satisfaction of 2 groups were compared. Results There was significant difference of the number of asymptomatic bacteriuria cases and UTI eases within 1 week between 2 groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. The difference of patient satisfaction, comfort was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Scrubing and flushing for patients with indwelling urinary catheters not only can improve the patients＇ satisfaction,comfort, and can delay the onset of UTI, and win time for the treatment of patients,in order to reduce the occurrence of complications.
