| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗抑郁症的方法。方法：本组63例患者,随机分为2组,治疗组33例,对照组30例。治疗组采用醒脑开窍针刺法配合心理疗法;对照组采用氟西汀配合心理疗法。治疗6个星期后进行疗效对比。结果：从临床疗效看,治疗组与对照组HAMD分值比较及疗效比较均无显著差异;HAMA分值比较有显著性差异。结论：西药治疗抑郁症有较好的疗效,但停药后相当一部分人仍会复发,且有口干、便秘、头晕等副作用,而针刺治疗基本上没有副作用,所以对由于各种原因不能服用药物治疗者尤为适宜。
