网吧人群艾滋病认知现状调查

目的了解网吧人群性病艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状,明确其存在的主要问题,为艾滋病预防提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,自行设计调查表对网吧人群进行性病艾滋病相关的KAP状况调查,采用SAS 8.2软件进行分析。结果共调查2 953名网吧人群,其中男性占70.94%,女性占29.06%;94.87%年龄为18~28岁;调查显示,64.64%的人知道艾滋病可防不可治,对于艾滋病非传播途径和预防方法等知识的知晓率多低于70%。被调查对象中仅36.93%的人明确表示反对婚前性行为,40.00%的人承认有过婚前性行为;在安全套使用上,表示每次用的占8.14%,使用目的多为避孕(68.26%)。结论该人群的艾滋病知识,尤其是非传播途径和预防措施方面仍然缺乏,安全性行为的比例较低,在今后的健康教育中应予以加强。

Investigation of knowledge,attitude and practice of AIDS among consumers in internet bar

ObjectiveTo realize AID Sre la ted knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)among the consumers in internet bar and to provide evidence for AID Sp revention.MethodsSelf-designed questionnaire was used to investigate KAP of AIDS among the consumers of internet bar and SAS was adopted for data analysis.ResultsThe total subjects was 2953.Men accounted for 70.94% and women accounted for 29.06%.The average age was 21.19 years.64.64% of the subjects knew AIDS could be prevented but could not be cured.The ratio of subjects who knew the un-transmitting ways and protective measure was less then 70%.Only 8.14% of the subjects used condomevery time,and the most of them for the purpose of contraception.ConclusionThe internet bar consumers lack AIDS knowledge,especially the un-transmitting ways and protective measures.More in terventions should be carried out in the population.
